Clean Room
For our high purity customers that require operations performed in a clean environment we maintain clean rooms of class 100, 1000, and 10,000. Due to the flexible nature of our manufacturing system, most of the clean rooms can be configured to meet the specifications of individual projects.
Welded Stainless
Axenics maintains state-of-the-art stainless weld stations for orbital tube welding and hand welding. Stainless welding is performed in whatever environment is required by the individual product. Tolerances are maintained at semiconductor industry standards and the operation is controlled under our ISO 9001/2008 license.
